dabhug2. Where were you when 9/11 happened? At work, putting in the first system to go productional that was ever my responsibility as a project manager and trainer. At first everyone thought it was a small private plane but as I was trying to train people, the news that a second plane (a jet) had hit the towers came in over the radio.
3. What do you do when vending machines steal your money? I say "Well, shit" and walk away usually.
4. Do you consider yourself kind? I do, but I'm trying to build up a mean streak for when it's necessary.
5. If you HAD to get a tattoo, where would it be? I don't plan to get a tatoo, but if I did, it'd be on my ankle.
6. If you could be fluent in any other language, what would it be? Italian. I had two years of high school Spanish and don't remember much but the basics.
7. Do you know your neighbors? No.
8. What do you consider a vacation/Holiday? Away from home and away from my family and their homes. Somewhere where no one knows where I am except for the people that I want to know.
9. Do you follow your horoscope? No.
10. Would you move for the person you loved? I don't think I would, but you never know.
11. Are you touchy feely? Sometimes when I feel vulnerable.
12. Do you believe that opposites attract? Yes, but they will run you crazy.
13. Dream job? Um, I think I might have it.
14. Favorite channel(s)? Food Network, HGTV, Boomerang, GAC
15. Favorite place to go on weekends? Visiting friends, shopping, or just staying home in my pajamas all day.
16. Showers or Baths? Both. I like a good, hot shower and a good long soak with a book. Jet tub in the new house!
17. Do you paint your nails? Not often at all. I used to paint them all the time in high school. I do keep my toe nails painted.
18. Do you trust people easily? Yes. It's a problem I have.
19. What are your phobias? Bugs that fly. Clausterphobia. Having to rely on my family.
20. Do you want kids? No. I love kids, I spoil my nephews and friends' children, but I cannot have/do not want children of my own.
21. Do you keep a handwritten journal? No, not since high school. I wish I still had some of those old journals.
22. Where would you rather be right now? In my new house.
23. Heavy or light sleeper? Both. Depends on what's going on.
24. Are you paranoid? Yes. Sometimes a little too much. I worry about everything and everyone.
25. Are you impatient? It depends. I've gotten better about not being so go go go, do do do all the time.
26. Who can you relate to? Sometimes no one, sometimes everyone.
27. How do you feel about interracial couples? If they are happy, good for them. My family would feel differently.
28. Have you been burned by love? Um, no. I've learned.
29. What’s your favourite pick up line? You mean something like, "You must be tired because you've been running through my mind all day". That one, but not if it's some guy off the street. My good friend would tell me that when he talked to me on the phone.
30. What’s your main ringtone on your cell? The default sounds like a phone ringing one.
31. What were you doing at midnight last night? Sleeping.
32. What did the last text on your mobile phone say? I don't text. I am not down with the lingo.
33. Whose bed did you sleep in last night? Mine.
34. What color shirt are you wearing? It's a navy, grey and black stripey thing.

42. Who got you to join myspace? I don't have a myspace. I have an LJ because kathrynrose and geekjul got one and I didn't want to miss anything. Heh.
43. What did you have for dinner last night? 1/2 a turkey sandwich, cool ranch doritos and three dove caramel chocolate pieces. When I get REALLY stressed, I don't eat anything but junk. And I have been REALLY stressed.
44. How tall are you barefoot? 5′ 4 1/2″ The half counts!
45. Have you ever smoked heroin? Um. No. I've only ever seen marijauna once. I do wonder what it would be like to smoke pot, but with my family history and tendency to want to not care, I don't think it would be a good idea.
46. Do you own a gun? No.
47. What do you prefer to drink in the morning? Tea or coffee.
48. What is your secret weapon to lure in the opposite sex? Um, my big tits? And I can act stupid on que. What kind of question is this?
49. Do you have A.D.D.? No.
50. What time did you wake up today? 6:57. Three minutes before the alarm. I've been doing that lately.
51. Current worry? That something is going to happen and I won't get the house and that my family will self-implode and I'll have to pick up the pieces and I don't wanna.
52. Current hate? My family.
53. Favorite place to be? On the sofa with the cat and some tea and a good book with nothing to do.
54. Where would you like to travel? Up the Mississippi River on the Delta Queen, to Hawaii to see the Pearl Harbor memorials, to Ireland and Italy. To see the Grand Canyon.
55. Where do you think you’ll be in 10 yrs? Still here, maybe more in a management position in my job, still in my house, perhaps my family situation will be different. Still single.
56. Last thing you ate? the above mentioned sanwich, doritos and chocolate
57. What songs do you sing in the shower? I don’t sing in the shower.
58. Last thing that made you laugh? My friend, Lori. She always makes me laugh.
59. Worst injury you’ve ever had? I cut the instep of my foot badly on a piece of glass when I was 9 or 10. No stitches, though. I still have the scar.
60. Does someone have a crush on you? Not that I know of.
61. What’s your favorite candy? chocolate. Chocolate covered almonds the best.
62. What song is stuck in your head? One More Day by Diamond Rio because one of Kate's entries is titled that. It's making me sad, though.
