Happy Thanksgiving
Nov. 22nd, 2006 09:13 amIn the U.S., tomorrow is Thanksgiving. I am only off work on Thursday, but I am looking forward to it immensely. I'm planning on having my first Thanksgiving in my house with the cooking and the Macy's Parade and the decorating and the music and the movies. All I have to do today is make it to 5:00 pm.
Tomorrow's (vegetarian) menu:
Stuffed Squash (substituting ground Boca for the pork)
