May I Have Your Attention, Please?!

You've heard of blogathons, right? Well this weekend, three BFFs (![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
geekjul , dabhug and kathrynrose ) will be having our very own marathon blogging session to raise money for a worthy cause.
We're calling it "Breath for our Furry Friends" (BFF-athon, see?). We're raising money to purchase oxygen masks through H.E.L.P. Animals, Inc. The masks will be donated to our local fire department, to save the lives of dogs and cats who are rescued from house fires.
Our BFF-athon will commence this Saturday, May 23, at noon cdt. We'll be posting every half hour for twenty-four fun-filled hours. There will be card making. There will be thought provoking. There will be sleep-deprived goofiness. There will be pleas for donations. There will be thank-yous too!
A $55 donation will purchase a set of three masks - large dog, small dog, and cat sized. We'll take any donation you are willing to make.
